Sprouts-Haul

I'm in the middle of making my own conditioner/leave-in. I made leave in before but never a customized one for my hair. Being on this natural (way-less heat, quest for length) road I have began to notice what my hair likes and not likes, which is fun ..... hence I paid a vist to http://sprouts.com/home.php and pick up a few things, here is the items I got for possible ingredients for my conditioner

Avocado oil- have not used in my hair yet but will let you know the out come

Coconut oil- my hair loves it ,but it can brake me out so I will be using little amount

Grapeseed oil-have not used in my hair yet but will let you know the out come

P.s. I will be letting you know how my conditioner turns out I really need the moisture my hair luvs it:> ttyl

Apple Cinnamon Pancakes & Chicken

Well my lil 4yr old just loves chicken (just because) and I was1 getting ready to start making our brakefast, pancakes by request and he throws in and chicken too "Mommy" ....huh okay I guess its a bigger breakfast then I attended...ohwells

Pancakes
Bisquick as recipe follows except instead of eggs I use mayonnaise (I got it from my dad and it makes the pancakes tates like buttermilk) add 1 applesauce cup and 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon

Chicken

Season salt
Garlic salt
Lemon pepper
Mustard
Season chicken and then squeeze mustard on chicken about 2 teaspoons. Marinate well and then add chicken to lightly season flour and then fry. Yum yum enjoy ....ttyl

P.s The chicken is their grandma's good ol recipe lol
